For local congregations, we offer:
- Educational resources to help you recognize and confront sexism, empower women and girls as church leaders and discover biblical and theological foundations for women's empowerment.
- Advice on drafting a sexual ethics statement/policy for churches including guidelines for employees and volunteers (**GCSRW is not legal counseling entity; final version on any policy should be reviewed by your church's attorney or your district or conference counsel).
- Guidance for responding to a sexual harassment/misconduct complaint.

For women clergy, local pastors, seminarians and lay church employees, we can:
- Help your conference create a support network for women clerics and seminarians.
- Advise you on resolving gender-based conflicts with a bishop, superintendent, senior or associate pastor.
- Serve as your advocate if you have to file a sexual harassment, misconduct, or discrimination complaint.

For laity of all ages, we can:
- Help design an annual conference training even ton biblical and theological models for inclusive-language worship.
- Provide tools for monitoring church committee and agency meetings for inclusiveness and how to advocate leaders for positive change.

For bishops and cabinets, we can:
- Train your annual confernece Commission on the Statuad and Role of Women (or equivalent) to do monitoring and advocacy in your region.
- Design sexual ethics training for your cabinet or pastors in your annual conference, or help convene a conference reponse team.
- Counsel adminstrators or victims during sexual misconduct/harassment investigations.
- Train confernece leaders on recognizing and addressing institutional sexism.
- Facilitate discussions with General Conference delegates about the impact on proposed legislation on women and girls.

For district or conference-level groups, we can:
- Design and lead forums for women leaders, on recognizing and confronting gneder bias.
- Facilitate discussions between clergywomen and laywomen, white women, and women of color or young women and middle-aged and older women on how to talk honestly about differences and finding common ground.
